How to make… Sheppard’s Pie
Here at CLC we strongly believe in the expression ‘Food for thought’! It’s impossible to learn a language if we’re hungry or distracted by an empty belly. Therefore, try this delicious recipe so that you can fuel up on yummy grub and then go learn as much as possible in English class.
Sheppard’s Pie (Irish)
This is a childhood favourite, which never stops being delicious. Fluffy potato on a bed of minced beef with onions and carrots and topped with loads of yummy cheddar cheese. A typical treat for a cold Autumn or Winter’s evening. It includes very simple, but heart-warming ingredients. Serve with some green peas or a crunchy salad.
